CRIMES REQUIRING REGISTRATION: (Effective July 1, 2011)

Definitions:

Minor – individual under the age of 18.

Juvenile adjudication – individual under the age of 17 at the time of their offense whose disposition was not designated as an adult case.

ALL Juvenile adjudications are NON-PUBLIC regardless of Tier Placement, including juvenile adjudications from out of state.
